The Thomas Jefferson Memorial is nearby. TJ stands up inside. Personally, I would prefer Abe's crib and chair, but it's cool anyway. The cherry trees weren't in bloom (usually April), but the weather was great during my stay. This picture was taken when temps were around 45.
