Notes: 1) If no Cat 3 is in the top five of the 1/2/3 race, the top cat 3 will receive a cash payout of $25
2) State Championship medals awarded for Men Master’s 45+ and 55+ categories
3) State Championship medals awarded only to NE residents with USA Cycling annual license

On site registration till 9 AM available, but add $5 to entry fee. Triathletes who present an annual USAT license will receive $5 discount on entry fee! 2008 Riders-of-the-Year (ROY) road winners for their category receive free entry.

LOCATION: Yutan, Nebraska. See Veterans Club, Yutan, NE google map.

Directions: Yutan Veteran's Country Club is located just south of Yutan on Yutan Road. Yutan is located about 50 miles northeast of Lincoln and 20 miles west of Omaha on HWY 92. We will have limited access the Country Club building for restrooms and registration.

Rules:
All USAC rules will apply.
All riders must wear ANSI-approved helmets.
Race director reserves the right to combine categories and alter race distances.
Riders must have USAC annual license or purchase 1-day license for each day of racing.
Current USAC license must be presented at check-in. 1-day race licenses will be available for purchase at race site ($10.00). USAC annual license holders not eligible for $5 triathlete discount.
Only annual license holders are eligible for medals.
Events will be held rain or shine.
Held under USAC Permit 2009-(pending)
Out of state racers welcome, but are not eligible for Nebraska championships.

Course The course will consist of a 22 mile out and back route starting just south of the Yutan Veteran's Country Club proceeding south on the Yutan Road towards Ashland. From the Yutan Road riders will curve into CR-J, then curve into CR-6, and then curve into CR-G, then curve into CR-4, then making a 180 degree turn just before HWY 66(63).The first fourth of the course starts with some small rolling hills near Yutan, the middle half of the course is flat with the final fourth of the course again rolling hills. Riders have a high probability of having the wind at their back on the return. The road surface is in good condition and has minimal traffic but there is NO shoulder and caution should be used. The course will not be closed, however law enforcement is aware of race activities. Course marshals will be stationed along the course for rider safety.
